José Orellana

Currently serves as the President and General Manager of Sictteco Lighting Corporation. He has earned trust and respect over the years, characterized by his hard work, effort, dedication, but above all, his vision in the repair, installation, and manufacturing of obstruction or signaling lights, including incandescent, LED, solar, strobe, and dual lights.

He began his career in the telecommunication and obstruction lights industry as a tower climber, eventually becoming a group leader, thus gaining the tenacity and necessary experience. He presents new ideas and solutions every day with the aim of improving the manufacturing quality of lights and their respective controllers.

He positioned as manager of the service department, providing technical assistance to customers and innovating in the repair and improved functionality and workability of lighting systems. Due to his ability and common sense, he played a significant role in the development from inception to production of new systems. He then served as the manager of the international sales department, providing all kinds of support to clients.

Inspired by the total attention that the customer deserves and with the firm conviction that this is the fundamental pillar for the growth of any company, he founded Sictteco Lighting Corporation in 2007 with the capacity, knowledge, and extensive and master experience acquired through his 30 years of service, he guarantees to provide the best customer service from every perspective: product quality, prompt delivery, and complete satisfaction.

Don Nguyen

Was a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical Electronic Engineer) with 50 years of experience in designing all types of obstruction or signaling lights, as well as power sources and electronics.

He was a leader in the engineering field at multiple companies, where he was directly involved in the previous designs and some current designs of the company, such as single and dual Xenon gas strobe lights, LED, and LED with solar panels as well as all incandescent lights and their respective controllers, among others.

He served as a leader in the current designs sold by the company. Currently, he is part of Sictteco Lighting Corporation as leading consultant engineer in all current and future designs of the company.

In addition to his expertise in designing all types of obstruction lights and their controllers, he is also an expert in Auto-CAD, PLC, and computer programming.

Using his extensive knowledge of FAA programs, certifications, and specifications, he provides comprehensive service to all our clients in any type of design and support.

Tin Hung

With over 50 years of experience in all types of obstruction or signaling lights, as well as maintenance, HVAC, and structural drawing construction.

He was a fundamental pillar in the development of new technology such as LED lights with solar panel projects. He is currently part of Sictteco Lighting Corporation as a leading consulting engineer in all types of obstruction lights and design.

He has extensive knowledge in repairing all obstruction lights and their controllers. He also has broad expertise in electricity and electronics.

In addition to his specialties, he is also an expert in Microsoft Office, Web, and AutoCAD. His extensive knowledge of FAA certifications and specifications also allows him to provide comprehensive service to all our extensive clientele.

Jose M. Orellana / Aura J. Orellana

their first work experience was with Sictteco Lighting Corporation in 2013, where they worked as assemblers of Incandescent and LED lights and their respective controllers, often putting in long hours under adverse conditions.

All of this was carried out under the supervision and training of Engineer Tin Hung.

Their tenacity was such that in a short period of time, they became team leaders and experts in the manufacturing of LED systems with solar panels. Both were key players at the beginning of this project, working tirelessly minute by minute in the manufacturing of this new technology, such as LED lights with integrated solar panels, as our clients' demands were very specific and strict.

Due to his skills and desire for self-improvement, Jose M Orellana currently holds the position of Operations Manager at Sictteco Lighting Corporation, becoming a fundamental piece for the company's smooth operation, as well as contributing to the excellent service provided to all our clients.
